The client is a European global specialty chemicals company, and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join their team in Singapore
Responsibilities
- Logistics - Proactively manage the respective local logistic activities in daily operation and facilitate the order processing for smooth shipment: import-export (monitor and validate Inbound and Outbound shipments), warehousing, and freight operation
- Compliance - Review and monitor logistics process to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements and safety standards
- Complaint Management and Customer Satisfaction - Handle logistics complaints from customers/affiliates and implement corrective and preventive actions
