• Position Title: Factory Manager/ Factory Supervisor
• Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + OT + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient performance of factory operations, including production, warehouse, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute plans for daily factory routines in collaboration with the team.
• Continuously assess and improve production processes, workflow, and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and guidance to new factory workers to ensure their competency in assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to establish and implement quality control processes.
• Promptly address and resolve any factory-related issues that arise.
• Implement and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all machines.
• Analyse production data to identify and eliminate production issues.
• Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.
• Regularly evaluate finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Provide support to the Human Resources department in recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• At least a Diploma with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
