Under broad directions, leads / guides the day to day activities of one or more manufacturing departments.
Responsible for maintaining production schedule and attaining effective resource utilization.
Provide supervision for direct and dual report functions such as manufacturing, quality, procurement, planning, maintenance & etc.
Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees such as SHMS
Manage the budget for the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Requirement
Degree in Chemistry
At least 3 years experience in manufacturing management
* Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
