Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Teach and train in counselor education at Graduate-level
- Deliver learning in face-to-face, online, and hybrid modes
- Develop and update course content
- Supervise and participate in student activities
- Perform administrative tasks when assigned
- Contribute to the vision, mission and goals of the College
- Master or Doctoral degree in Counseling
- 1,000 hours of clinical experience in counseling and/or clinical supervision
- Experience with counselor training or modality specialization
- Registered Member with the Singapore Association for Counseling, Singapore
- Familiarity with educational technology or willingness to learn
- Active engagement in Christian ministry
- Embrace TCA College’s distinctives and statement of faith
