YOUR ROLE You will have the primary responsibility for supporting Una Brands’ fundraising, M&A and strategic activities. This job requires strong financial analytical and project management abilities. Key Responsibilities

• In support of the overall company strategy, assist in developing and execution of the fundraising, M&A and strategic roadmap of the firm
• Assist in various aspects of strategic fundraising, merger/acquisition analysis, including evaluating investment decisions, M&As and strategic alliances
• Participate and engage in internal discussions of fundraising and deal execution with key stakeholder departments
• Maintain a strong organization and team culture that is consistent with Una Brands values and best practices

• Relevant corporate finance, fundraising and M&A experience
• Strong project management and financial modeling skills
• Adequate knowledge in navigating databases and extracting key information required
• Experience in working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
