  • Provide day-to-day administration support to F&B and Kitchen Teams . Coordinate and communicate sales-related information to internal departments. Create and maintain proper filing systems for the teams. Liaise with vendors and suppliers. Compile documentations according to the local hygiene compliance . Process all events related documents, such as proposals and contracts on a timely basis.. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
