Job Description
- Responsible for welcoming visitors in a courteous and prompt manner and understanding their requests and queries
- Be familiar with the FAQ, promotions, and service procedures
- Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the stall
- Maintain the enquiry book/ communications book
- Provide upscale visitor service experiences for visitors
- Ensure visitors are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Attending to walk in visitors
Requirements
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Pleasant personality and cheerful
- Good command of the English language (other languages is an advantage)
- Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport
