Fare Distribution Associate

Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIA\'s South-East Asia (SEA) regional team in the Sales & Marketing Division. He/she will be responsible for ensuring fares are filed accurately and distributed to market on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that overseas SEA regional stations\' tactical, private, and other adhoc fares and filing instructions are filed timely and accurately.
- Work closely with fare filing vendor (TCS) and Sales Planning team to ensure fares and filing instructions are filed correctly, including any queries and clarifications.
- Conduct quality checks on fares in various systems and channels to ensure fares are filed as per intent. Report and follow up on fare discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Head Office\'s Fare Management Unit (FMU) in the roll-out of fare management tools and enhancements.
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in reservations and ticketing systems and/or fare filing systems would be advantageous
- Good understanding of commercial pricing
- Team Player
- Keen eye for detail
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
