Farm Operation Executive

Job Description



  • Prepare and manage all reports related to farm operations, such as production reports, inventory reports, and financial reports.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries of farm materials eg: seeds, nutrients and packaging materials. Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, supplies and replenish accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage all general affairs tasks, such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, scheduling farm cleaning services, and coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance.
  • Handle all correspondence and communication related to farm operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for farm operations.
  • Participate in meetings with other departments to discuss farm operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all administrative tasks and activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a farming or agricultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to move around the farm as needed.
