Role Overview

We are seeking a

Fashion Designer

with a passion for creativity and innovation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a range of clothing and lifestyle products, including baby/kids wear, adult clothing and more. You will work closely with the founders and other team members to bring fresh ideas and trends to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop fashion collections, including sketches, patterns, and prototypes for clothing and accessories. Collaborate with the founders and team to create unique designs aligned with the brand's vision. Research and stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and techniques. Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are produced accurately and efficiently. Create technical drawings and specification sheets for garment construction. Participate in fabric sourcing, color selection, and garment fittings. Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Strong knowledge of clothing construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of fashion designs, particularly in baby/kids wear and adult clothing. Attention to detail and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Bonus Skills

Experience in photography and product styling. Familiarity with sustainable fashion and eco-friendly materials.
