We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us in the Fast Accounting role. The position focuses on managing financial records with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company's overall financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about numbers, organization, and problem-solving.

As part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring all accounts are up to date. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, assisting with audits, and supporting management with budgeting and forecasting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and invoicing

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations

Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control

Support internal and external audit processes

Maintain organized financial records and provide timely reporting

Collaborate with management to improve financial systems and processes

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax laws

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel

Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
