Your Role & Responsibilities
Handle
daily bookkeeping, data entry, and invoicing
with accuracy and timeliness Preparemonthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Manageaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ensure compliance withSingapore accounting standards and tax regulations
Assist inbudgeting, forecasting, and cost control
initiatives Supportinternal and external audits
by maintaining proper documentation Maintainwell-organized financial records
and deliver timely reports Work closely with management toimprove financial systems and processes
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and local tax laws
Proficient inaccounting software
(Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) andMS Excel
