Job highlights:

Job responsibilities:

-Ensure food consistency and food standard from all outlets (quality control)

-Rotate between 3 outlets (Funan, ION Orchard and Bedok Mall)

-Uphold highest standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and efficiency

-Formulate new SOP, improve existing SOP, remove unnecessary SOP and ensure compliance of all SOP

-Manage the morale & performance of staff: Retain & reward good performers, coach underperformers, and replace bad performers

-Continuously train & motivate the team to create an environment of high performance

-To resolve all technical issues at the outlets under your management

-Monitor and control outlet expenses to minimize cost

-Manage inventory for the outlets

-Interview & Hire Frontline staff

-Work closely with the director and report all issues directly

-Proactively come up with ideas to improve the sales such as seasonal promotions and menu items

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years experience in F&B as Manager

-Diploma or Degree holder

-Possess a good tongue (able to discern taste for food QC)

-Have high standards and attention to detail

-Strong in compliance

-Dutiful and highly responsible & reliable

-Good communication skills to work closely with boss and workers

-Malaysian,indonesian, PR are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
