We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!

We are currently seeking team members to join our team at a beach club on Sentosa Island. Our establishment offers visitors a range of exciting leisure activities and experiences not commonly found in Singapore. We also provide unique dining experiences at a terraced beach club, providing the perfect setting for friends and families to enjoy island vibes. As the F&B Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and caf\xc3\xa9, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Provide high-quality service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing staff, managing resources, and maintaining standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that appeal to guests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Has experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of food and beverage trends and guest preferences.
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
