Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve business goals
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, set targets and budget
• Maintain good rapport with new and existing customers to ensure business continuity
• Participate in executing company-wide marketing initiatives, such as events, catering, social trends and more
• Ensure all the food and beverage products meeting company\'s brand image and standard
• Evaluate and uphold restaurant\'s food safety and handling standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to the guests, achieve customer satisfactory
• Recruit and coach staffs for the business
• Manage reservations and ensure there are enough staffing for different shifts
• Resolve any problem and issue arise
• Other ad-hoc duties related to the F&B business

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management and other relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of F&B / Hospitality Event Sales experience from the same background
• Independent, excellent communication skills
• Meticulous, service-oriented, good sense of hospitality
• Good influencing and leadership skills
