Supports the F&B Assistant Manager and Senior Executive Chef in the development and day-to-day management of the Food & Beverage Services in order to achieve the departmental goals and approved operational performance
Working closely with various Hospital Departments and external vendors, the Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the F&B Assistant Manager in the planning and collaborating with these parties to deliver patient care as well as to provide support services to hospital stakeholders.
The Executive supports/Senior Executive also plays a proactive role in supporting the departments under the Hospitality & Environmental Services division by providing timely divisional performance reporting and actively planning, driving productivity and change management, implementing and managing initiatives and solutions towards achieving the division\'s determined objectives.
Support the F&B Services operations, facilities and equipment maintenance, outsourced services, contracts and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective, safe, and efficient manner, and ensure timely monitoring and preparation of management reporting.
Plan and support the catering operations in order to ensure maximum efficiency and flow of food service.
Support the financial sustainability of the F&B Services by ensuring sound budgeting, forecasting, conducting P&L analysis, having good contract management preparing, justifying the operating and capital budgets for the division and departments, and ensuring viable procurement practices are carried out.
Support the review of budgets and variances and assist the HOD in ensuring that the division and department operate within the budget allocated.
Maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, operational procedures, controls for operational processes and service delivery, and identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators to meet the expected standards of performance for F&B services and across any areas assigned, in support of the Hospital\'s strategic direction.
Develop and maintain divisional operational and performance reports for senior management\'s review.
Requirements
Min Degree in any Discipline
0-2 yrs of relevant working experience
