Job Description

As a F&B executive, you will:


1. Open the store to start a day


2. Close the store at end of day


3. Food preparation


4. Customer service


5. Cashiering


6. Cleaning and maintenance job such as sweeping, mopping floor, washing utensils etc


7. Paperwork for operational requirements


8. Handle delivery refund / customer feedback


9. Training new staff


10. Inventory and stock taking and management


11. Packing delivery


12. Handle store audit/ evaluation - passing at 80 marks and above


13. Promotion handling


14. Weekly Sales transmission


15. Trouble shoot variances in weekly reports


16. Keep food cost at the optimise level


17. Achieve sales target by upselling and good customer service


18. Attend HQ training, company meeting, minute taking


19. Attend online course to uphold high standard of qualification


20. Minutes taking
