The F&B Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations. The role is designed to prepare the trainee for future supervisory or managerial positions within the department.
Assist in daily operations across all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service).
Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Participate in rotational training and complete all assigned modules.
Learn and apply company standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
Interact with guests and handle feedback professionally.
Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and stock management.
Prepare basic operational and sales reports when required.
Support supervisors and managers in daily tasks and leadership responsibilities.
Contribute ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.
