Information:

• Working hours and days per week: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Learning about the company\'s mission, vision, and values, and understanding the business operations, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting the management team in supervising the restaurant\'s day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Conducting market research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant\'s brand.
• Participating in meetings with other team members to discuss performance and business goals.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management team.
