Responsibilities: * Rotating through various departments within the Food and Beverage division, such as restaurant, bar, banquet, kitchen, and room service, to gain a comprehensive understanding of F&B operations.

• Supporting the day-to-day activities of F&B outlets, including setting up and organizing dining areas, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, addressing their needs and inquiries, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assisting with inventory control and management of F&B supplies, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.
• Assisting in training new F&B staff members on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction. Assisting with the ongoing development and coaching of existing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices in all F&B outlets. Promoting a safe and clean work environment for both staff and guests.
• Actively seeking opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced guest satisfaction. Providing feedback and suggestions for operational enhancements and participating in departmental meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Participating in leadership training programs, workshops, and seminars to develop essential management skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of F&B management practices.
