Job Description
F&B Management Trainee
Monthly Salary: $2,800 - $2,900
Working Location : Tanjong Pagar
Working Days & Hours
- 6 working days a week (44 hours)
- Rotating shift / Split Shift
- To assist with all operation and administrative duties to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher the guests to allocated seats.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them.
- Handle phone enquiries, take guest reservations and review daily reservations booked.
- Handle enquiries and group bookings for baby showers, birthday, anniversary and corporate dining.
- Monitor guests\' needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders and tables\' requests.
- Perform cashiering duties as and when required.
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services.
- Work with Marketing Team for marketing strategies and promotions.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Proficiency in computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
