Support daily operations at the outlet(s).
Conduct routine checks on cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate with outlet staff to resolve operational issues and ensure service standards are met.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock control.
Liaise with suppliers and maintenance vendors as needed.

2. HQ Support
Update daily and weekly reports on sales/inventory.
Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking.
Maintain operational documents, reports, and files.
Support the operations team with analysis, process tracking, and improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with data.
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on and willing to support outlet operations when required.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
