• Oversee the product development, operations and revenue generation for Shangri-La Singapore's year-round food and beverage retail offerings.
• Ensure seamless and profitable retail experience that aligns with Shangri-La's luxury standards and elevates the guest experience through high-quality F&B retail programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and F&B teams to identify opportunities for seasonal and year-round campaigns, increasing retail foot traffic and sales.
• Analyze customer trends and sales performance to optimize the retail program, adjusting strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Seek business parterships, negotiate contracts, and maintain excellent relationships with existing retail vendors and suppliers.
• Manage inventory, supply chain processes and vendor relationships to ensure the consistent availability and quality of retail products.
