JR69175 FE Capital Supplier ManagerDo you have a passion in building a career in procurement? We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our global team dedicated to this function.
As a Buyer, you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions, performance management, and negotiations for the site.
In this role, you will work with partners to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for continued sourcing success.
You will participate and/or lead in the development and implementation of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and pricing/contract negotiation.Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors degree in the following or equivalent experience: Business, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related of field of study
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Few years of relevant experience in procurement will be a plus
• Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing would be a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved
