Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about lowering carbon emissions in the built environment through smart energy management solutions. This is accomplished using the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform, which allows seamless integration of IoT sensors and intelligent control systems to:

Perform energy monitoring and tracking Optimise ACMV systems, lighting, and plug loads Control indoor air quality, occupancy levels, and water quality Monitor data centre infrastructure and performance Provide real-time sustainability KPI dashboards and reporting
With its modular architecture, the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform can be implemented as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new developments, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, ensuring smooth integration with existing BMS infrastructure. Our clients have achieved energy savings of up to 40%.

ResponsibilitiesField Deployment

Review and understand detailed drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Works (SOW) prepared by the Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate, and carry out on-site project execution, including site inspections, subcontractor coordination, and device and sensor configuration and installation. Record project progress, observations, and recommendations to support ongoing improvements. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on system usage and upkeep.
Data Analysis & Field Technical Support

Evaluate and interpret data gathered from systems and devices such as Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ sensors, PLCs, and related equipment. Deliver on-site technical assistance and maintenance for implemented projects. Collaborate closely with the Helpdesk team to diagnose and resolve site-related issues.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Electronics; or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Engineering or IT, preferably within Building Services or Industrial Automation, with solid expertise in automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTUs, and networking hardware. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong interest in technology; capable of working independently; well-organised with strong attention to detail. Willing to travel to client locations across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
