We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about reducing carbon emissions within the built environment through intelligent energy management solutions. This role leverages the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform, which seamlessly integrates IoT sensors with smart control technologies to:

Conduct energy measurement and consumption analysis Improve the efficiency of ACMV systems, lighting, and plug loads Regulate indoor air quality, occupancy, and water systems Oversee data centre systems and operational performance Generate real-time sustainability KPI dashboards and analytical reports
Designed with a modular framework, the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform can be deployed as a cloud-enabled Building Management System (BMS) for new construction projects or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, enabling smooth compatibility with existing BMS environments. Our customers have achieved energy reductions of up to 40% through the use of our solution.

ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Project Implementation

Study and interpret technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Scopes of Work (SOW) developed by the Design Engineering team. Organise, coordinate, and execute on-site project activities, including site assessments, subcontractor supervision, and system/device installation and configuration. Document project status, findings, and improvement suggestions to support continuous enhancement. Conduct technical briefings and hands-on training for clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Data Analysis & Technical Field Support

Analyse and assess data collected from platforms and devices such as Building Management Systems, power meters, BTU meters, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sensors, PLCs, and associated equipment. Provide on-site troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance for deployed systems. Work closely with the Helpdesk team to identify, investigate, and resolve site-specific technical issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Electronics; or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering or IT, preferably within Building Services or Industrial Automation, with strong hands-on knowledge of automation platforms, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTUs, and network infrastructure. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities; keen interest in technology; self-directed; well-structured; and detail-focused. Willingness to travel to client sites across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
