Job Description

DescriptionCoordinates and monitors with site construction/project team for installation, testing and commissioning works. Supports the Project/Construction Manager in analysis, development, collation and planning of work procedures and specifications for project delivery.Responsibilities

• To develop procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing and specifications.
• To be responsible for the delivery of projects in compliance with system specifications.
• To be involved in project management and product development.
• To coordinate installation supervision such that commissioning and start-up is in accordance to contract specifications.
• To liaise with Client's Representative on all project issues and sub-contractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects to both the company and Client's satisfaction.
• To assist with the Management of internal and external third-party interfaces.
• To plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
• To conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and manage List of Materials (LOM).
• To monitor project schedule and progress.
• To initiate and undertake action(s) to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity.
• To verify technical specifications for adequacy.
• To maintain and disseminate technical specifications to Superintendent and Supervisor.
• To identify and record any product quality problems and to verify the implementation of solutions.
• To liaise with HSE team on establishing Risk Assessment (RA) for the respective projects.
• To attend site meetings, where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
• Experience in project co-ordination with Client, Engineering Department, Procurement Department in EPCM projects will be well-regarded.
• Knowledge in civil and structural works will be an added-advantage.
• Candidate with overseas experience will be an added advantage.
