Required Skill(s): Agronomy, Interpersonal, Field Works, Marketing;
Willing to perform trials and field works;
Must able to learn easily technicalities of the products
Must be organic in AOR and knows well where the potential markets for gentrade are located.
Must able to mention names of associations, cooperatives and federations.
Must be able to close deal the earliest possible time
Must be able to attain passing or even excel the standardization KPI
Must be able to understand stress and pressure at work is normal especially if sales performance are mostly poor
Must able to create daily activity & sales reports and submit on time every Friday
Must be able to air out any concerns to direct superior and ask for support if needed
Must be self-reliant and self-motivation
Must be a team player
Has competency in driving motorcycle;
Has good track of accomplishment in the related field;
Resourceful, Confident and Output-driven;
Proficient in MS and computer applications
