About the Role/ The Opportunity:

The role is responsible for the marketing strategy in alignment with regional GTM strategies for Asia. To include building an integrated marketing plan that underpins the company\'s revenue growth objectives in the region.

The incumbent will be entrepreneurial in style with a hands-on approach and have a track-record in generating demand, both direct and through partners. The role will have close alignment with the sales and SDR\'s across the region and within the partner organisation to achieve all goals together.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Develop the demand generation marketing strategy, including a multi- channel marketing plan encompassing field and partner programs, aligned to the regional GTM strategy that delivers quality pipeline and achieves the marketing contribution to the overall Asia pipeline, with a strong focus on account-based marketing
  • Deliver the pipeline required to meet the revenue and growth targets for Asia in partnership key business partners to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support
  • Align with the partner organisation in line with the regional GTM and integrate strategic partners into the marketing strategy that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in your overall regional marketing plan
  • Scale across the region in English language, finding ways in which to communicate and leverage similar campaigns methods to grow all metrics of the numbers for the funnel
  • Manage the regional budget, ensuring all details are completed for finance and management to be always visible
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs leveraging intent and account-based marketing
  • Experience in B2B technology, digital/inbound marketing account-based marketing and content marketing
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets and a team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Be an effective and respected member of the Asia leadership team with excellent relationships with your sales leadership, partner managers and sales development partners
  • Excellent communication with all internal stakeholders who are well informed and can input in a timely and consistent manner on plans, activities, forecasted performance, actual results and return on investment
  • Prior Partner/Channel Marketing experience is essential
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Vertical and/or SaaS marketing experience
  • A history of high competency in budget management
  • An understanding of marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
