The Opportunity
You will manage marketing programs with our broader ASEAN partner community of Regional Systems Integrators and Digital Agencies, to assess and enable partner activities which generate pipeline and showcase customer success. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Partners to help them identify areas of co-marketing opportunity, manage budget requests and report on pipeline and revenue outcomes. This is an individual contributor role that will be expected to navigate and coordinate with our breadth external partner community and internal cross-functional teams.

Scalable Marketing
  • Develop engagement program for ASEAN breadth partner community (including system integrators and digital agencies) to allow them to identify areas of co-marketing opportunity and understand how to request co-marketing funding
  • Manage quarterly co-marketing budget request process, in alignment with the ASEAN Depth Partner Marketing Manager
Work with the Partner Account Managers and the Partners to provide scalable assistance in the development of the Partner\'s own marketing plans to deliver partner-sourced leads, pipeline and revenue * Run APAC regional at-scale demand generation programs through partners, tracking results and optimising as needed
  • Leverage and localize the global partner marketing tools and resources with partners
  • Be able to provide feedback and improve on the existing processes
  • Ensure that all partner marketing materials are aligned to both Partner and company\'s branding Guidelines
  • Be the ASEAN point of contact for all breadth Partner Marketing related questions
  • Manage check-in meetings for breadth partners who have received MDF funding to monitor event and campaign execution and results
  • Manage operational tasks - includes supplier identification and set up, company\'s campaign code creation, purchase order creation & spend processing, regional calendar updates, presentation & reporting deck updates, post-activity follow up and documentation collection
  • Update stakeholders and senior executives on ASEAN breadth partner marketing activities and results, whilst succinctly conveying the correct messaging for the team and/or project
  • Build your internal and external network to connect Partners with the best people within company to match their expertise and capabilities
  • Be the day-to-day contact, advisor, and facilitator for all things ASEAN breadth partner marketing - from events, content and copy to branding and best practice
  • Understand the ASEAN partner ecosystem and build relationships with key partners
  • Coordinate with Partner Marketing team and stakeholders with clear communication, project planning, and resource management
  • Orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the Partner and Field marketing organization, as needed
  • Assess effectiveness of existing communication vehicles and programs, continually develop and test new programs to drive partner awareness and engagement
  • Apply analytics and data to accurately measure the marketing strategies and tactics
Your Background
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, events, communications, preferably with a fast-growth company and ideally through a partner channel (preferably system integrators and/or digital agencies)
  • Experience managing competing priorities as a result of managing multiple clients/partners with many internal/external stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and metrics-driven, with strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the one time within a very high velocity, shifting environment.
  • Excellence as an individual contributor with a collaborative nature that thrives in teams
  • Strong people and communication skills and ability to collaborate and connect the dots among diverse stakeholders
  • A self-starter, with a can-do attitude, able to keep composure in deadline-driven, high-stress situations and work on complex tasks independently while closely collaborating with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with external vendors such as event agencies and writers
  • Open to travel, as required
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2B marketing and a wide range of go-to-market activities.
