As a Field Application Engineer, the candidate is the link between Supplier & Marketing: Product Marketing and Business Development, Customer and Sales. Your goal is to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them for the customer. You will use existing products and concepts to work out system solutions for customers. What you will be doing - Developing technical solutions for our customers by working out product solutions for application and system requirements - Discussing the product definition with the customer - Establishing and maintaining customer relations - Cross-selling, studying competitor parts and specs, and working with the Supplier to obtain a competitive price to win the project - Organize product seminar/workshop with assigned supplier Requirement What they are looking for - Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience - Ability to identify requirements before the customer does - Must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. - Able to learn new technologies and trends in the market - Knowledge of semiconductor and interconnect products. - Hunting potential customers and ability to develop new business, and provide technical support. - Work with Marketing Head to formulate marketing plans and meet targets. - Responsible for the development of customers to promote products into their project development cycles. - Self-motivated and a team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Set up a good rapport with clients and suppliers Working Hour 9:00 17:45 Benefit What they are offering - AWS - Variable Bonus (depending on the company and individual performance) - Annual Leave: 14 days (up to 21 days, 1-day increment per year) - Medical Leave - Flexible Benefit for medical and dental purposes
