Reporting to Head of Sales, SEA and Global EMS, you will work as FAE to be responsible for the regional electronic, automotive, industry power customers with the purpose of (1) increasing the number of design wins at key and emerging customers (2) maintaining current business with key customers (3) Co-working with regional sales for the technical supporting role (4) Technical support to CQE for quality relate issues (5) Understand the market trend in circuit protection.
About the job:

• Penetrate/work closely with customers at the product concept and design level to ensure that the customer has the necessary information to facilitate design-in of our new products.
• Develop close relationships with customers and sales reps to enhance company image and competitiveness and uncover new application opportunities.
• Coordinate product qualifications for customers in timely and efficient manner through communication with pertinent factory, product engineering team and sales reps.
• Conduct product application seminars and training for key customers and sales reps.
• Maintain and update the NBO/ Top opportunity reports bi-weekly.
• Provide technical feedback to the product marketing and engineering teams regarding customer application needs for new product developments in Malaysia.
• Provide internal and external Littelfuse training and disty training as required in Malaysia.
• Coordinate regional trips with regional sales in conjunction with specific customer of rep. requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management for NPD development to adapt the design trend needs.

About you:

• Engineering degree in electronics/ electrical engineering.
• At least five years experience in application engineering, and/or system designing and customer interface as well as knowledge of electronics test lab equipment and reliability/ quality metrics related to electronics. The working experience of electronics semiconductor/passive components is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required due to high customer interaction, via phone ,e-mail and direct contact.
• Proficiency in MS office and window required.
• Fluent English both in writing & speaking.
