Job Responsibilities

• Work with customers, the sales team, pre-sales application engineers, and product specialists to scope their application and education needs through the provision of technical expertise.
• Understand customers’ problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver technical expertise for solution implementation to customers based on Agilent products and services.
• Solves complex, high-impact system/application engineering services problems.
• Deliver HPLC/ LCMS and GC/GCMS customer training classes and consulting related to our applications.

• Master’s degree or Ph. D in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Omics, Instrument-Analytics and related fields or equivalent.
• Typically, 5-8 years of relevant experience in separation science and method development, liquid/gas chromatography, and mass-spectrometry with analytical chemistry.
• Rich knowledge of HPLC/ LCMS and GC/GCMS technologies, market trends/applications.
• Strong preferred Bio-pharm, Polymer, or Protein related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all levels.
• An excellent team player.
• Experience with Agilent solutions and python language is desired.
