What you will do:
Customer Engagement & Technical Expertise: Serve as a senior SME in bioprocessing, delivering advanced support, training, and product demonstrations while fostering consultative relationships with customer experts.
Sales Enablement: Support commercial teams with deep product knowledge, contribute to sales strategies and tenders, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Service to ensure seamless customer experiences and manage regional case resolution.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor technical staff, collaborate on skill assessments, and co-design training and career development programs for regional teams.
Marketing & Thought Leadership: Represent Cytiva at events by delivering expert-level presentations and aligning customer needs with Cytiva's solutions portfolio.
Who you are:
Education & Experience

• Master's degree, Doctorate or post doc in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical/application leadership roles in Biotech or Biopharma.
• Experience in protein purification, chromatography, and filtration technologies preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Tools & Systems

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (e.g., QlikSense).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel - 50% within ASEAN region

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Upstream/ Downstream manufacturing.
• MSAT roles
