. To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident;. To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records;. To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site;. To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site;. Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site;. Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all the staffs;. Submission of Quarterly EHS performance and 6-monthly review of Risk Assessment;. Ensure and to carry out duties in accordance with WSH Act and Integrated Management System;. Assist to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System;. Assist in all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes;. Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.. Perform technical and commercial review of Request for Proposals and Quotes (subcontractor's quotations) for the preparation of Proposals and/or Service Agreements for Clients.. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded and saved in designated folders.. Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.. Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.. Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.. Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.. Attend project meetings and discussions with the Project Team and external clients.. Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.. Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal Project Team as and when required. . Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Job Requirements . Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for content creation and documents submission; . A team player and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. . Customer service-oriented mindset. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and supervisory skills. . Relevant experiences in the Petrol-Chemical Industry preferred. . Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Sciences. . Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training. . Autocad and/or other designing/drafting software. . Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting. . Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Smap3D highly advantageous. . Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous. . Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills. . Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative. . Fast worker with ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines. . Additional Requirement: Need to be flexible with own schedule. Work hours will be based on business needs. May be assigned ad-hoc duties by the Management beside primary roles.\ At least 5 years of relevant working experience; Knowledge of WSHA or OSHA legislation as well as BizSafe;
