Receive, detect, diagnose, test, isolate and resolve network problems across all Singtel network platforms (Fibre, Ethernet, GPON and IP).Ensure fault management procedures are followed and adhered to and those key stakeholders within the company are informed of customer and network faults as required.Ensure that customer Service Level Agreements are met and that the customer is provided with regular updates pertaining to their fault.Update of ticketing system for daily fault clearing and routine maintenance purposes.Be onsite to investigate and resolve transmission link problem occurring at customer\'s end.Skills for Success:Currently pursuing a Diploma in Engineering or related field.Technical knowledge with current and next generation voice and data networks, interfaces, systems and technology used.Experience with fibre , Ethernet and GPON.Demonstrated experience in a customer focused environment.Demonstrated trouble shooting and analytical skills.Excellent organisation skills with the ability to follow things through to completion with good self-management and work organisation skills.Your Career Growth Starts Here.
