Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides maintenance and support on legacy products \xe2\x80\xa2 May Provides Support for Enterprise Products \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs disk replacement on enterprise storage products \xe2\x80\xa2 Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides follow-up on problems or escalation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
Travel within Singapore required to support multiple client accounts.

You will be successful in this role if you have: \xe2\x80\xa2High school degree required \xe2\x80\xa2 6 months to 1-year hands on technical experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience. \xe2\x80\xa2Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience. \xe2\x80\xa2A+ certification a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Specific Manufacturer certification as required. I, i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS \xe2\x80\xa2 Specific Manufacturers certifications as required. I.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting software and hardware problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable in servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to test and certify PC, networks, servers and client /Unisys approved software applications and associated peripherals \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and client communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Client and/or governmental clearance may be required \xe2\x80\xa2Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification or minimum 2+years of experience in server handling/break fix \xe2\x80\xa2Police or criminal background verification may be required
