By joining Singtel, you will be part of a caring, inclusive and diverse workforce that creates positive impact and a sustainable future for all.Be a Part of Something BIG!Join the Service Delivery & Ops team to learn more about network operations.Make an ImpactTrack and manage the orders under the Operations Support TeamPerform day to day provisioning of fibre based products such as MetroE, Ethernet link, ISDN, Giga-wave, Elite and EvolveEnsure the orders are commissioned on CRD (Customer Request Date)Assist customer and Customer Fronting Unit (CFU) in provision mattersSupport Business to manage and provide excellent service to customersPerform Patching and CPE provisioning to support Singnet Migration Project at the different areasIsolate and troubleshoot the problems during provisioningWork closely with LTC/ODC Team for any backend issue and assisting investigating on escalation cases and complaint on LTC/ODC mattersAssisting Manager and Team Lead to compile daily orders from system and monthly billing reports or any other duties assignedSkills for SuccessCurrently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fieldPassion in field workExperience in fibre based productsDemonstrate high level of customer focus to internal and external customersPossess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environmentGood planning and organisation skillsIndependent and capable of decision making and problem solvingHighly motivated and able to work independently under pressureGood communication and written skillsGood report writing and presentation skillsYour Career Growth Starts Here.
