- Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors
- Perform & ensure EH&S compliance to work delivered
- Lead in delivery of commercial sales project installations
- Meet with contractors, customers and consultants on project weekly progress meetings
- Work with Senior Manager, Sales Operations for end-to-end necessary works to ensure smooth delivery of ACMV project installation inclusive of:
- Arranging logistics required for field service including ordering of parts, issuing of parts to field staff / subcontractors, arranging delivery of required equipment or parts
- Arranging and raising Purchase Orders for subcontractors for delivery of service
- Coordination with customers on service delivery date including all required documentation for work (Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, etc)
- Review & approve time entries of technicians\xe2\x80\x99 hours and timesheets.
- Ensure work order completion and closure in salesforces
- Ensure Customer Service Report (CSR) / Service Chits uploaded for monthly invoicing.
- Manage other administrative tasks \xe2\x80\x93 field staff leave, tool requests. Etc.Safety related requests.
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical is preferred but Diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Passionate in picking up Mechanical (ACMV) knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Team oriented and committed
- Meticulous and able to handle large volume of work with high accuracy
- Strong in people management, coordination, and customer fronting
- Independent worker who is reliable to deliver without supervision
- Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude
