Job Description
Salary up to $2,900Working days: Monday to FridayWorking hours: 9am to 6pmContract: 1 year renewable contract - no bondWorking Location: Current at Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng in End of Dec 2024Job Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support to our clientele and ensure that SLA commitments and requirements are met;
- Responsible for attending to incident calls and allocation of calls from the Helpdesk Team;
- Troubleshooting of Printer and Projectors
- Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including equipment
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Mini. 1 year experience
