Support and execute integrated demand generation campaigns via direct and indirect (Channel) routes to market in the assigned region
Plan, coordinate and execute various events, including conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, etc.
Support all aspects of event (pre, during and post) logistics/activation and oversea on-site event operations
Collaborate with the marketing teams to create and implement promotion/audience acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events. Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Your Experience:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Tech B2B marketing, with a strong track record of successful field marketing and event management
Strong project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experienced using CRM and project management tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana
Great team player, positive and proactive. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices
Strong verbal and written communication in English. 2nd language ability in Chinese, Korean or Japanese a plus
