-Foster a #oneteam environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute their best.Your main responsibilities :-Drive customer acquisition and retention by creating and executing customer-centric marketing plans (40%)-Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
-Share insights with the Global Go-to-Market teams to enhance the global marketing strategy and campaign planning, thereby improving regional relevance
-Create complementary local marketing plans based on global marketing strategy and planning frameworks -Execute global and local plans by running 360 marketing campaigns using owned, paid, and earned media as well as events and emailing, to drive e-commerce conversions and build marketing and sales pipeline through demand generation
-Ensure the campaigns are deployed on time and have high standard of execution
-Develop local communication plan supporting the group communication strategy and supporting the local marketing plans (PR, Social Media)
-Plan and manage marketing budgets while closely monitoring ROI to ensure effective allocation and performance
-Foster the culture of #OneTeam by effectively collaborating and sharing with corporate teams and with the Sales teams- Increase performance via monitoring and analysis (30%)
-Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are aligned with the OKRs framework. Track performance against these objectives and key results, including business targets
-Conduct regular analysis and reporting on all activities against OKRs & targets, including the identification of trends and insights -Make data-driven decisions based on insights and take prompt actions to enhance performance-Collaboration with corporate and cluster teams (15%)
-Facilitate regular meetings and updates between group and cluster teams to ensure alignment and shared goals
-Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Cluster Leader to optimize demand generation campaigns, focusing on pipeline creation and performance monitoring -Provide continuous feedback to the corporate teams to ensure alignment and to enhance regional relevanceSkills required :At least 7 years in a similar marketing and management position with a strong technical base that can align with our products and services.5 years of experience in team managementExperience in e-commerce marketing is a real plusIdeally, a Master's degree (Master 2) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a Business School with a specialization in marketing * Knowledge of the global cloud market and technologies is a plus.
