In Singapore, we also own an extensive network of service stations under the Esso brand and supply cylinder cooking gas (LPG) to many households. We also supply the commercial market in Singapore and those around the region with industrial, aviation and marine fuels and lubricants, and market liquefied natural gas (LNG).
What you will do

• 
  Perform daily field audits per agreed audit protocols
• Perform field verification and validation (V&V) that jobs are executed in accordance to *EM
• requirements and expectation, per design intent
• Intervene unsafe acts / at risk behaviours, and actively coach field personnel in adopting
• defensive safe behaviour
• Capture audit findings in relevant database (e.g. OCVM, SAT, FatFinger, etc)
• Support FST Site Lead in safety data trend analysis to provide insights on site specific
• challenges and contribute to solution development
• Support weekly safety learning meetings material preparation and presentations
• Support implementation of site Safety programs
• Joint safety walkabout with stakeholders and site management
• As required,Support TA/ Shutdown/ Projects in field observation coverage and implementation of
• Safety plan
• Support / assist in Safety related special assignments
• Provide Cold eye review of safety plan/JLA as requested by BU/BT for complex jobs/
• shutdown/ TA, as required
• Provide coverage for FST Lead

• Safety Practitioner with working knowledge and operational experience in ExxonMobil or other oil &

• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and is self driven
• Good coaching, communication and interpersonal skills essential,
• Prior knowledge and experience in EM OIMS 5.1, OIMS 6.2, Tier 1 Best Practices (T1BP) ,
• Mechanical Work Practices (MWP) and Site Safety Standards (SSS) will be advantageous.
• WHSO qualification preferred but not essential.
