Job Description

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Field Sales Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for being the point of contact with the company’s customers, ensuring all issues/enquiries are being handled with quality standards
• Responsible for managing both the potential/existing customers’ portfolio via the required onsite sales visits
• Responsible for the preparation of information/reports to evaluate the performance against the company’s targets when required by the key management stakeholders
• Responsible for the completion GSP sales reporting requirements when required
• Responsible for coming up with a personal sales plan, identify/initiating new business prospects and maximizing sales growth/revenue with new/existing customers
• In charge of the development/maintenance of relationships with the company’s clients/customers, ensuring that the account’s potential is being maximised and able to give its best performance
• In charge of converting qualified/potential leads into customers, as well as developing the company’s existing accounts to its utmost potential
• In charge of all documentation relating to the customers, ensuring that the various customers’ information is entered/maintained in the company’s database accurately
• In charge of the analysis of customer data, measuring/identifying the various fluctuations/trends and identifying the required follow up plans/actions required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Management/Administration or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Logistics industry
