To assist the Service Manager in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances locally and in the region
Communicate with Marine- & Offshore customers and manage our Engineers attendance on board Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.
Make travel arrangements, visa applications and hotel bookings and communicate with customer and ship\xe2\x80\x99s agent for overseas attendances.
Maintain engineer\xe2\x80\x99s server attendance schedule
Updating and compiling of service reports, invoice preparations
Customer & Crane Data maintenance
Other field service-related administrative duties
