We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery). This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.

As a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery), your primary responsibilities for the role include:

Accountable for the planning, execution and closing of Field Service activities (under Contract agreements) in line with our contractual requirements as well as QEHS and cost target, with a satisfied end customer.

Accountable for surrounding processes and system/tool updates related to FS Operations.

To adhere to KPI with regards to Work In Progress (WIP), Margins and Time To Invoice (TTI)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Field Service jobs/orders.
  • Close cooperation with contract managers and resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
  • Close cooperation with and support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing as and when required.
  • To maintain KPI of the jobs on hand (Margin/TTI/WIP)
  • Attend in contract/project reviews and meetings.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines.
  • Issue Tech Requests when applicable.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

- Degree or Diploma in the field of marine engineering.

- Good command of English, both written and oral

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders
