Field Service Engineer ($3000 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Provide field service support on machinery system installation (maintenance, testing & commissioning & training, troubleshooting & repair)
- Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests from client
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders
- Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problem with tact and courtesy
- Provide quality service and timely follow-up with customers
- Plan and execute task assigned
- Provide both on-site and off-site technical support to customers in local and the Regional
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Factory Automation) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Programming skills in PLC is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
