Honeywell, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Advanced Field Service Engineer for our Singapore, Changi location. This role is pivotal in driving the development of on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes for our complex equipment and systems. As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of providing technical expertise and leadership in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate Customer Requests: Assess and validate customer needs, ensuring alignment with our capabilities and standards.
  • Educate Customers and Field Technicians: Provide expert guidance and training to both customers and field technicians to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
  • Documentation: Develop, revise, and correct work instructions, training guides, and other documentation used by field installation specialists.
  • Ensure Right and Fast Delivery: Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to field services and product development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across various teams to resolve administrative issues related to equipment delivery and installation.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as a primary escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders, providing solutions and guidance.
MUST HAVE:
  • A minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex equipment and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training and presentations.
WE VALUE:
  • Previous Industry Experience: Proven background in a similar industry, demonstrating familiarity with field service operations.
  • Technical/Installation Experience: Hands-on experience in technical aspects and installation processes of complex systems.
  • Customer Service Experience: A strong track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Education: An advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver clear, effective presentations to a variety of audiences, including customers, industry peers, and competitors.
