Field Service Engineer ($3300 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for customers
- Provide technical support to customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department\'s KPI are met
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis
- Manage key accounts that are being assigned
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other matter as request by team leader
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
