The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to addresses customer\xe2\x80\x99s concerns with urgency and respect to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Provide primary field service support in SEA and technical support to fellow distributor service engineers and inter-departmental parties. This position is part of the customer support located in Singapore - Hybrid mode.

You will be a part of the service team and report to the Customer Support Manager SEA responsible for various service tasks and assignments and ultimately assist the team in increasing service revenue and reducing service costs. Manage Total Lab automation installation projects and communicate effectively with team members across shifts and application specialists to provide customer-centric service support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied while meeting internal KPI requirements

Attend service calls to carry out instrument installation, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, modifications, upgrades, inspections, safety tests, check-ups, and various field service-related activities

Provide remote support via IT tools and on rotation standby to support 24/7 service support

Manage on-hand inventories at a cost-efficient level

Monitor and track the on-hand inventory to achieve zero discrepancies

Inform service admin of the daily service calls and task arrangements for effective manpower management

Follow the quality and safety requirements while performing service tasks

The essential requirements of the job include:

Degree or equivalent in Engineering

Min 3 years experience in the same capacity in a MNC environment

Knowledge of lab exposure or experience
